How do I return an item?
Swaag Store Return Policy
At SwaagStore.com we want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your orders from our store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused item within 30 days of the date your order was shipped for a full refund of the product price minus shipping and handling fees associated with your returned item.
Qualifications for Returns:
Returns are accepted 30 days from when YOU receive the item. (As verified by the USPS tracking on your shipment)
All Returns must be in their original packaging and unused.
Health and Beauty products such as toothbrushes, razors and other personal care items are not eligible for return.
Consumer is responsible for postage fees associated with returns.
There are no restocking fees.
If your items meet the above qualifications you may contact us at email@example.com or toll free at 888-211-2534 to request a RMA#. Once items are accepted by our returns department you will see a credit to your form of payment within 72 hours depending on the time it takes your bank to process the credit
Defective or Broken Merchandise
If your item is broken or defective you must return the broken item for a replacement.
To make a return, you must include your order #, the full name the order was placed under and your items in the aforementioned condition. If you make a return after 30 Days of the received date no refund will be provided. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed. Please note that items showing signs of use or that damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

You can expect a refund within 48-72 Hours of our receiving your returned product if your product was purchased directly from our store website. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase. In the event you receive store credit only, your credit will be issued within 3 days of our receiving your returned product.
Refunds from Daily Deal Purchases
SwaagStore.com does not collect payment from you when you purchase a daily deal. The website in which you purchased the daily deal from is the one who is able to refund money for any returns of products bought through a daily deal promotion, Typically Daily Deal Promotions are final sale items. Please refer to the individual websites refund policy to better understand if you are eligible for a refund. We are however committed to your satisfaction, and if you are unable to obtain a refund from a daily deal website we are more than happy to offer you store credit for your returned item. Please understand since we do not charge your credit card we cannot refund it.
Please note we do not refund the cost of shipping if you chose to return your purchase.
Items returned to us and not claimed for 60 days will be forfeited and not resent. SwaagStore.com reserves the right to alter the return policy without notification.
